Description
Six forgotten gods. Six stone relics. Six blessings.
Old Gods' Monuments adds six ancient statues to Minecraft. Each one is a hand-built voxel figure — 2 blocks wide, 5 blocks tall, carved from 480 model slices — that stands dormant until lightning wakes it. Once awake it glows, and touching it grants that god's blessing.

The six monuments

| Monument | God | Blessing · normal / epic | Found in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Warrior's Monument | Varkh | +10% / +20% melee damage | plains, savanna |
| Archer's Monument | Aelun | +10% / +20% arrow damage | taiga, forest |
| Monument of Life | Erya | +1 / +2 hearts | dark forest, jungle |
| Traveler's Monument | Vael | +15% / +30% speed | desert, badlands |
| Builder's Monument | Dhor | +15% / +30% jump strength | mountains, hills |
| Swimmer's Monument | Nerys | +15% / +30% water movement | beaches, stony shores |
Every god exists in a normal and an epic version. Epic statues have brighter runes, gold trim and a stronger blessing with twice the duration, and they can only be found in the world — never crafted.
The loop

- Craft or find a monument. The six normal statues are craftable — eight stone bricks around a god's catalyst (iron sword, bow, golden apple, compass, iron pickaxe, nautilus shell). Epic statues spawn in sanctums scattered through the world. Lost? The Seeker's Compass points at the nearest monument of any kind.
- Wake it. A new monument is dormant: cold grey stone, dark rune, no light. Three ways to wake it — right-click it during a thunderstorm, hit it with a Channeling trident, or spend a Shard of Thunder on it.
- Take the blessing. Right-click an awakened monument: the rune burns, the statue glows, and you receive that god's blessing — an ordinary status effect with a HUD icon and a timer. Normal statues: 10 minutes. Epic: 20 minutes.
- Breaking rule. Only the head can be broken. Mine it and the whole statue comes apart, dropping exactly one item. Every other part is unbreakable and repairs itself.

What's inside
- 12 monument blocks — six gods × normal/epic, built from 20 slice cells each
- 6 blessings as real status effects, with per-god HUD icons
- Glowing runes — awakened monuments emit light and their runes are drawn full-bright
- Shard of Thunder — a craftable one-use relic that wakes a statue without waiting for weather (amethyst shard + copper ingot + gunpowder)
- Seeker's Compass — right-click it and the needle locks onto the nearest monument, then keeps pointing there while you travel (compass + amethyst shard + gold ingot)
- World generation — a 5×6×5 sanctum per god: stone platform, corner pillars with lanterns, a loot chest and a dormant epic monument. Roughly one per 1000 chunks, vanilla biomes only
- English and Polish localisation
