RANDOM ENCHANTS 2

This is a port (with some twists) of the original mod Random Enchants by tfarecnim.

As in the original mod, you can suggest new enchantments! (Language pull requests on the GitHub page are very much appreciated)


Random Enchants

 

ALL ITEMS:

  • Resistant Enchantment: Items can't be damaged by cactus, explosions, or lava.
  • Eternal Enchantment: Items with this enchantment won't despawn.
  • Solar Enchantment: Items repair while it's daytime & when there's a torch near the player (8 light levels to work).

WEAPON ITEMS:

  • Dungeoneering Enchantment: Mobs killed will drop random items from the Minecraft normal dungeon loot table.
  • Chaos Strike Enchantment: Applies random effects to attacked entities.
  • Swift Enchantment: Weapons like swords and axes recharge the attack faster depending on the level.

PICKAXE ITEMS:

  • Obsidian Buster Enchantment: Breaking Obsidian is faster.
  • Stone Lover Enchantment: 80% chance of repairing an item when breaking Stone Blocks.

AXE ITEMS:

  • Lumberjack Enchantment: Trees will go down for real.

SHIELD ITEMS:

  • Reflect Enchantment: Arrows that get blocked by the shield will redirect to the entity with double the power.

SHOOTABLE ITEMS:

  • Back To The Chamber Enchantment: Chance to give arrows back to the shooter, 20% chance increase per level.
  • Transposition Enchantment: Swap places with the attacker.
  • Teleportation Enchantment: Player will be tp'd to where the projectile was shot, except when there's lava near the block.
  • Quick Draw Enchantment: Recharge arrows faster.
  • Shattering Enchantment: Break glass blocks with an arrow, doesn't work with unstained glass panes.
  • Exploding Enchantment: Explodes hit enemies, explosion level depends on the enchantment level.
  • True Shot Enchantment: Increase arrow accuracy, a.k.a arrows have no gravity.
  • Ricochet Enchantment: Arrows bounce off of walls.
  • Torches Enchantment: Light up unreachable zones with a single arrow!
  • Homing Enchantment: Arrows will go straight to the most nearby monster.
  • Harvest Enchantment: Plant blocks like melon or pumpkin will harvest with an arrow.

WEAPON & SHOOTABLE ITEMS:

  • Cursed Jumping Enchantment: Hit enemies will jump high enough to kill themselves.
  • True Life Steal Enchantment: Steal life from hit entities.
  • Instant Death Enchantment: Hit enemies instantly die.
  • Lightning Enchantment: Hit enemies will get struck by lightning.
  • Paralysis Enchantment: Paralyze your enemies with a sword or arrow hit.
  • Magnetic Enchantment: Loot from killed mobs goes directly into the player's inventory.
  • Floating Enchantment: Shot or hit enemies start levitating.
  • Discord Enchantment: Allows the player's attacks to provoke nearby hostile mobs to target the attacked entity.
  • Disarm Enchantment: Get the item in the attacked entity's main hand.

DIGGER ITEMS:

  • Randomness Enchantment: Gives Random Items to the player when a block is broken.
  • Stone Bound Enchantment: Tools gain more mining speed at lower durability but reduced attack damage.
  • Equal Mine Enchantment: Blocks above hardness 1 will break at the same speed.

CHESTPLATE ITEMS:

  • Dimensional Shuffle Enchantment: Teleports the player away from danger.
  • Ethereal Embrace Enchantment: Chance to phase through attacks; Chance = enchantment level * 0.05.
  • Zen Sanctuary Enchantment: Peacefulness all around the user.

FISHING ROD ITEMS:

  • Snatching Enchantment: Pull the armor off of any mob.
  • Grappler Enchantment: Launch yourself with a fishing rod.

ELYTRA ITEMS:

  • Kinetic Protection Enchantment: Elytra damage protection based on enchantment level

 

ALL ITEMS:

  • Shadows Curse: Light seems to weaken tools in the hand.
  • Breaking Curse: Items break way too fast.
  • Dark Kingdom Curse: All nearby entities will become aggressive to the user!

WEAPON ITEMS:

  • Butter Fingers Curse: Tools slip from the player's hands.

DIGGER ITEMS:

  • Fumbling Curse: Breaking speed isn't right...

TOOLS & WEAPONS:

  • Lingering Shadows Curse: Nearby monsters teleport near the player when the player attacks any entity.

Disable/Enable Enchantments in

 .minecraft/saves/YourWorld/serverconfig/randomenchants2-server.toml
