Re:Zero - Return by Death (RBD)

This mod plays the Return by Death theme from Re:Zero when you respawn in Minecraft, inspired by Re:Zero of course. This client-side mod adds the Call of the Witch theme from Season 1-3 and the new Return by Death theme from Season 4, also with optional visual effects and customization.

Features:
- Death sounds with theme selection (Season 1-3, Season 4, or Random)
- Instant respawn option to skip the death screen
- Optional blindness + darkness effects
- Volume control for mod sounds independent of master volume
- Play theme toggle to enable/disable theme music
- Mod Menu integration (requires Cloth Config with it) for configuration
- English and Mexican Spanish localization

Author Note:
I used this mod as a way to get a basic idea of how to code a mod for Java Minecraft, but at some point I'd like to tackle a full checkpoint rewind system similar to what Satella, the Witch of Envy does for Subaru based on specific events like getting achievements, entering a new structure, things like that while preserving player state, mob states, block states, etc. So please look out for an eventual update! It's pretty barebones currently...
