About

Description

Repairify is a small mod which grants you to instantly repair your weapons and tools by a keybind, the only condition is that you have an exact duplicate of said item in your inventory.

This mod was made with the thought of speeding the repairing process up by removing or making the need of opening the inventory completely optional, as it makes repairs on the go.

Features

  • Repair your items on the go, wherever you are
  • You can blacklist items which won't be repaired if so (Useful for modpack creators!)
  • You can customize your confirmation sound, the pitch of the sound and the volume of it

A step-by-step tutorial on how to perform repairs with this mod:

  1. Choose the Item you want to repair by holding it in your mainhand and make sure there's an exact duplicate in your inventory (You might want to do this when you crafted the item firsthand)
  2. If there's an exact duplicate of the item in your inventory, press R and the Item will be repaired. A sound will play as a confirmation.
  3. And done, you now know how to use this mod while you're on travels or on mining-tours.

Reporting issues and noteworthy things

Issues are best reported over on the Gitlab repository of this mod which you can find here.

THE PROJECT HAS MOVED ONTO GITHUB IN AUGUST 2019!

Please keep in mind that this mod was the first mod I wrote with the help of my friend Virtuoel who helps me getting into the entire Mod Development matter either, so there might be some things which don't work flawlessly that much.

If you however check this mod out, please leave a comment with some constructive feedback here, it'll help me getting better with developing mods for Minecraft as well.

And also, criticism and other things are also welcome, as long as it helps me getting better.

Mod authors:

If you want to contribute to the mod...

Then feel free to fork the mod's repository on Github and start making changes.

After you're done, make a pull request so I can go over the changes and approve of them.

That should be it.
Have fun repairing wherever you are, if you're travelling or mining.
