NeoForge:
RP Renames is available for NeoForge through Sinytra Connector and Forgified Fabric Api, u will also need to install CITResewnNeoPatcher beside CITResewn to be able to use CIT packs on NeoForge, check its page for more info.
This is a client sided mod that helps searching for good costumize for ur tools or other items with ur resource packs. It shows every possible name requared for new texture, so u can just click on it and give ur item new look!

Menu Click on button with rename u want and it will influence on ur item by changing its name. If u like this rename, u can add it to favorites by clicking on star above item's name and this name will appear in Favorites Tab! -
Favorites Tab Show every rename u added to favorites for current item. Use the star above item's name to add this name to favorites! -
Inventory Tab This tab shows renames for every item from ur inventory, even if it is not in anvil's slot. Click on rename to automatically put highlighted item in anvil's slot and change its name! -
