Save your favorite villager trades and select them instantly!

Villager Trade Favorites is a lightweight Minecraft mod that makes trading with villagers faster and more convenient. Save one favorite trade for each villager and select it whenever you need it, without searching through the entire trade list.

Features

  • Save Favorite Trades: Select a trade in the villager trading screen and press a key to save it.

  • Quick Trade Selection: Open the same villager's trading screen and press another key to select your saved trade.

  • Individual Villager Favorites: Each villager can have a different saved trade.

  • Persistent Storage: Your saved trades remain available after restarting Minecraft.

  • Works with Out-of-Stock Trades: Select your favorite trade even when it is temporarily unavailable.

  • Customizable Keybinds: Configure both actions in Minecraft's Controls menu.

  • Clear Notifications: Receive feedback when a trade is saved, selected, or no longer available.

How to Use

  1. Right-click a villager to open the trading screen.

  2. Select the trade you want to save.

  3. Press the Save Trade keybind.

  4. Open that villager's trading screen whenever you want to trade again.

  5. Press the Select Favorite Trade keybind to return to your saved trade.

You can configure both keybinds in Minecraft's Controls menu.

Compatibility

  • Platform: Client-side, if supported by the implemented version.

The mod is designed to work in singleplayer and multiplayer environments without requiring installation on the server, provided the implementation supports client-side operation.

Important Notes

  • Each villager can have one saved favorite trade.

  • The mod attempts to recognize the saved trade if the villager's available trades change.

  • If a saved trade can no longer be found, the mod notifies the player.

  • Exact compatibility depends on the released version of Minecraft, Fabric Loader, and Fabric API.
