Description

ScreenshotMod Lite

Take perfect screenshots, edit them right in the game, and instantly share them with friends on Telegram and Discord!

Tired of taking full-screen screenshots, minimizing the game, opening an image editor, cropping the necessary part, and manually dragging it into a messenger? ScreenshotMod Lite fully automates this process. It's not just a screenshot mod — it's your personal in-game media center.

Main Features

  • Smart Area Capture: Forget about capturing the entire screen. Select only what you need (a beautiful build, a funny bug, or a piece of chat) using a convenient selection box right over the game.

  • Built-in Editor: Leave notes, draw lines, circles, and highlight important details on your screenshot without leaving Minecraft.

  • Instant Export to Messengers: Send screenshots to Discord (via Webhook) or directly to Telegram DMs / groups. The mod will find your contacts, fetch Telegram avatars, and deliver the image in a second.

  • Pin System (Pin Gallery): Found a complex crafting recipe or a redstone schematic? Take a screenshot and "pin" it to your screen. The image will stay on your HUD while you build!

  • Custom Gallery: A convenient in-game interface to view all your saved captures.

Controls (Default)

  • Ctrl + F2 — Activate area selection for a screenshot.

  • F2 — Standard screenshot (saved to the mod's gallery).

  • U — Open the Telegram contacts menu for quick sharing.

  • (Keys can be rebound in the standard Minecraft controls settings).

Telegram Integration Setup

For the mod to send screenshots to Telegram, a one-time setup is required:

  1. Create your personal bot in Telegram and copy its Token.

  2. In Minecraft, go to the mod settings (or the send menu) and paste the token.

  3. Enter your Chat ID (you can find it using the @getmyid_bot) or the ID of a group/channel.

  4. Important: Make sure to click Start (or type /start) in the chat with your bot in Telegram to allow it to send you files!

Want to add a friend to the mod's contacts? Just enter their @username, and the mod will automatically find their ID and load their avatar (your friend must also start your bot beforehand).

Discord Integration Setup

Sending screenshots to Discord works directly through the Webhook system (no need to create any bots).

  1. Go to your Discord server and hover over the desired text channel.

  2. Click the gear icon (Edit Channel) and navigate to the Integrations tab.

  3. Click Create Webhook (or select an existing one) and click the Copy Webhook URL button.

  4. In Minecraft, open the mod settings and paste this link into the Discord Webhook field.

  5. All set! Now, when you click the Discord button in-game, your screenshot will instantly fly into the selected channel.

Technical Details

  • Performance: The mod uses asynchronous HTTP requests and "on-the-fly" image conversion directly in RAM, guaranteeing no freezes or lag spikes when saving or sending screenshots.

  • Client-side only: The mod is installed only on the client. It will work on any server, as it does not require server-side installation.
