About

STFD is a simple mod that automatically closes doors, trapdoors, and fence gates when a player opens them. By default, doors will close after 1.5 seconds (or 30 in-game ticks). This can be configured with the closeDoorInTicks gamerule. If you want to open a door without it being automatically closed, you can crouch while opening the door. You also have the closeDoors, closeFenceGates, and closeTrapDoors gamerules available for enabling/disabling doors, fence gates, and trapdoors automatically closing. Additionally, this mod has compatibility with the Double Doors mod.

FAQ

- "Will this be backported to X version?" No, I will only be maintaining this mod for 1.20.1 Forge and up.

- "Will this be available for fabric?" There are no plans for a fabric port. This may change in the future.

- "Is this serverside only?" It is required on both server and client, currently at least.
