A library mod that allows new drops for the sniffer with custom weights.
New items can be added to the sniffer seed loot table, each with a weight which will affect how frequently sniffers will dig them up.
The purpose is to allow multiple mods to add custom drops without creating conflicting mixins that would make them incompatible with each other.
