Description

Strongmobs is a mod that adds Strong Mobs that makes Minecraft more challenging and that are more of a threat rather than an annoyance like other mods. It also adds weapons and other structures/dungeons.

Requires geckolib!(1.19.2 Only) // 1.19.2 has been discontinued Long live Neoforge!

Meet The Mobs!!!

The Boar:

The boar spawns in most plains and forest biomes and hunts in packs and is super fast likes to stare and hits like a truck his favorite color is blue and likes sand but cant swim which is quite unfortunate.
Movement Speed: 0.4
Health: 40
Damage: 8

The Ant:

The ant is a ambent type mob that spawns commonly throughout the world and dispite his abysmal hp this little guy still packs a punch and has a chance to spawn more ants everytime one is vanquished they also like skydiving for some reason.
Movement Speed: 0.3
Health: 2
Damage: 8

The Vampire Bat:

  The Vampire bat spawns in the deep dark and dripstone caves although living in the dark for most of his life has made his vision less the preferable whitch makes it hard to aim his sound attacks. He dosent have a favorite color since hes colorblind.
Movement Speed: 0.1
Health: 80
Damage: 20(Ranged:30)

The Zombies!

The zombies have different variants of each other that progressively get stronger with the rarity of the ore there imbued with each ore variant has a different chance of spawning each spawn opportunity so the normal zombie has a 50% chance of spawning each spawn opportunity and the stone variant has a 25% then the coal has a 12.5% of spawning iron has a 6.25%, gold has 3.12%, lapis 1.56%, redstone 0.78%, and diamond and emerald has a 0.39% each spawn opportunity so if you see a emerald zombie you should feel blessed and scared. The nether and the end zombies spawn in their respective dimensions.

Each zombie also has a baby zombie version of them as well witch has the same stats at the adults but are faster!

Aren't they cute :D

Since were on the topic of zombies you can also purify them with a splash potion of purifcation to obtain there respective ores.

You can also breed two of the same zombies together using a flesh cake which is crafted using fresh flesh that is now dropped by killing villagers.

The Lampray:

The lampreys spawn commonly in groups in rivers and in frozen oceans and are very fast and deal a good chunk of damage to the player forcing the player to rethink going in the water ever.... Their favorite color is red.

Health: 25
Damage: 16

The Blue Whale:

The Blue Whale Spawns in deep frozen oceans at night is very big and makes calming whale noises as he eats his prey. Oh and he hates getting his picture taken and his favorite color is purple.

ThunderZilla:

The First "Boss Mob" of Stronger Mobs I Plan on adding more in the future but for now it's just this guy still that doesn't make him any less deadly you can summon him by placing a dragon egg on a altar and right clicking it with a nether star and its favorite color is yellow.

Strongmobs V 2!!! "The Recipe Update":

V2 is now out and it bring some new goods to the table!

The Hand:

The Hand Constantly Tries to grab you while your in its domain waiting for you to stop and catch your breath.
his favorite color is purple.

Small Worms:

These Little guys love to pop out of scrap stone when you least expect it and pack a explosive punch and always walk single file even in emergencies there favorite colors varies between them but the most common is grey.

The Eye Floater:

He like to fly at mach speeds but gets tiered quickly which it quite unfortunite because he dies when he runs out of energy his favorite color is Energy.

New Items And Recipe System!!!

There Is now a Custom crafting table call the shiny brewing table that uses Data blocks that spawn anywhere undeground in the overworld and once a data block has been placed on top of the shiny brewing table/viewer it allows the player to not only craft items but mobs as well and can accept up to a stack of a certain item in each slot And the entire crafting system comes with a fully fledged config file to go with it as well as the "SetGlobalVarData" command to make all data blocks generated have that recipes id so you can quickly debug new recipes so you can make changes to it as much as you like!!!
The "ShinyRecipe.txt" file can be found in the run folder once the game has lanched at least once
and has a (Somewhat) simple syntex for you to use and goes as follows:

Ps I plan on updating this mod even further in the near future so get you hopes UP! Also I give you permission to use this mod in any modpack you might make. In fact I encourage it and I hope you enjoy :D.

Added CACTUS!!!

These cool dudes love soaking up the sun while lobbing explosives at people they don't like, which is basically everyone who isn't a cactus. Altho they do hold a special grudge against the player. Their favorite color is green.
Movement Speed: 0
Health: 40
Damage: 0 (Only attacks with explosives)

New Items!!!

Cactus Armor: Grants the player the power of thorns as well as slight blast resistance all for the low low price of constantly getting pricked, courtesy of the cactus.

Cactus Bazooka: Shoots an explosive charge in an arching pattern toward where you are looking. Fun at birthday parties (cactus explosives not included).

Big Rock: Big Rock.

Cracked Diamond: Used in the crafting of Cactus armor and soon to be other things.

Shurikens: These little things pack a punch and have a high fire rate(Hope your good at clicking fast:] ) Crafted using the shiny brewing table. (Damage: Gold>Iron Durability: Iron>Gold).

HERE COMES THE TANKS!!!

The Tank is a zombie variant that leaps at the player and slams down with explosive power as well as hurdling boulders left and right. Luckily he only spawns while it's raining, not for any real reason he just likes the rain. Lucky for you I guess.

Health: 500
Damage: 30

Added ButterFlys!!! (Yes I know.)

They FLY!!! and are made from BUTTER!!! Thier Favorite color is RGB.

THE DATA BLOCKS AND TABLES HAVE BEEN UPDATED!!!!

Data blocks now support even more complex recipes! What does it support? Look here!

Recipes now have a weight value simply add "{30}" to the start of the recipe to set that recipe's % of passing. if the recipe's weight is "{0}" the recipe will never pass if the weight is "{50}" it will pass half the time it gets called. If you want the recipe to be selected every time it gets called use "{100}" or simply not add it if a weight is not found it will default to 100%.

Now that is out of the way here's what you can do in the new recipe system:

<NAME> Displays the name of the recipe can display anything as long as it doesn't contain "< or >"

Example: "<NAME>COOLname1234$$$   Wooo-_-"

<RECIPE> Sets the items and amounts for each item required for the recipe must have 8 entires missing entries will defaults to minecraft:air|0.

Example: <RECIPE>minecraft:stick|1,minecraft:diamond_ore|2,strongmobs:metal_scrap|64,minecraft:air|0,minecraft:air|0,strongmobs:metal_scrap|64,minecraft:air|0,minecraft:air|0

<OUTPUT> This is what the player gets when the recipe is crafted.

Example: <OUTPUT>strongmobs:aqua_trident|1,minecraft:diamond_block|32,minecraft:dirt|2

<SPAWN> Spawns mobs when recipe is crafted.

Example: minecraft:pig|1,minecraft:sheep|2,minecraft:cow|3

<COMMAND> Executes a command when the player crafts the recipe. This can also execute multiple commands simply add a "$" at the start of each command.(Note <SPAWN> happens after <COMMAND>)

Example:  $summon minecraft:pig ~ ~ ~ $effect give @a haste 7 7 $kill @e[type=!player]$tell @a Hello World!

<EXPLODE> sets the % chance that crafting the recipe will fail and explode instead.

Example: <EXPLODE>50

<DESTROYITEMS> You can now set if the recipe will consume the items when crafted this defaults to true if left out or set to True.

Example: <DESTROYITEMS>False

All together the final result should look somthing like this:
