Unify

I am sure you all know how annoying it is that each mod adds its own ore type... especially when it comes time to automate sorting and storage of them, let alone processing.

The Unify mod is a core mod that directly modifies base Minecraft code using ASM to hook the various low level parts that handle item storage and retrieval from the world/stacks & inventory. The patch is so complete that even an op can not spawn in the wrong ore types.

Unify is smart enough to know to adjust the various recipes for IC2 and Thermal Expansion so that the machine's all output the same metal/dust/ore types. There is no configuration required, the ore types and recipes are discovered automatically and corrected.

It also works after world generation, no need to reset to unify the types.

This mod may be used in any mod pack without prior permission.
