Description
No longer updated. There are loads of great tech mods for fabric nowadays :D
I was tired of Minecraft constantly being so gridy so I decided to do something about it. This mod adds 11 new machines to make it possible to automate more materials. I'm sure some of you think it's op but you can always change the speed of the machines with the config and/or the crafting recipes with a datapack/recipe mod. All machines require fuel instead of power, this can be any fuel that works in the vanilla furnace.

Features
Machines:
- Breaker: breaks blocks, can also use a tool
- Placer: places blocks
- Crafter: crafts
- Crusher: crusher some blocks to some other blocks/items
- Timer: sends out a strong redstone pulse with configurable interval (right click to configure)
- Mob net: right click on any living entity (not bosses) to capture it. Right click to place it again
- Fisher: generates fishing items, this uses the vanilla fishing loot table so you can configure it youself. Requires a water block in-front of it
- Cobblestone generator: Generates cobblestone. Requires a lava bucket and a water bucket in it's inventory
- Magnet: Pulls items towards it. Put a hopper underneath!
- Nullifier: Removes all items put into it
- Mob farm block: Put a mob net inside it and it will generate it's drop. This is the most OP block in the mod.
- Farmer: Simulates farming. Without bonemeal one operation takes 5 min so be sure to provide it with bonemeal!
Other:
- Config to change speed of machines
- Infinite villager trades
- Advancements
- Cotton resources ore/dust support
Recipes
Crafting: Use REI
Farmer:
- Wheat/beetroots seeds -> Wheat/beetroot
- Saplings -> Logs
- Flowers, corals, carrots, potatoes, sugarcane, grass, ferns, cocoa beans and other plants -> 2 x Same plant
Crusher:
- Stone -> Gravel
- Gravel -> Sand
- Logs -> Saplings
- Bone -> 4 x Bone meal
- Glowstone -> 4 x Glowstone dust
- Ores -> 2 x Respective dust (Only if Cotton resources are installed, otherwise the recipes will be logged as an error and ignored)
Notes/Tips
- You can change any of the crafting recipes if you want the machines to be harder to obtain
- You can add more recipes for the machines with a datapack, but instead of smelting use farming_recipe or crusher_recipe
- Tip: as all machines burn fuel, automate charcoal production!
- All machines take fuel input from the side, other input from the top and outputs to the bottom
- You can lock the machines by powering them with redstone
- You can use this mod in modpacks
- If you don't have cotton resources installed you will get error messages in the log, IGNORE THOSE, it doesn't break anything, it's just that it can't find the cotton items and therefore ignores the recipe
Since 1.0.4 Libgui and Autoconfig is bundled so do NOT download them seperately
FAQ
Q: Can you make a forge version?
A: NO, use fabric!
Q: Why doesn't the config seam to have any effect?
A: The config changes the speed of new machines so you have to break them and place them again.
Q: Can you add machine upgrades/upgraded versions
A: No, this mod aims to be vanillaish in the way of not introducing extra complex mechanics
Q: The mod crashes, why?
A: 1. Make sure you have the same Minecraft version as the file says
