A 1.9.4 pack. No particular theme, but focuses on exploration/adventure. Not too hard, but not too easy either.

About

Description

Expand vanilla Minecraft with new structures to explore, new ores to mine, and much more! Build custom tools with Silent's Gems. Explore randomly generated dungeons from the Roguelike Dungeons mod. Make a multi-block kitchen with Cooking For Blockheads to cook fancy foods with. Play with magic, build high-tech machines, etc. You get the picture...

I strongly encourage you to use Silent's Gems instead of Tinkers Construct. Give the mod a shot if you haven't tried it. It's a refreshing change of pace if you've used nothing but TCon recently. You'll be given a guide book with a tutorial for the mod when you log in or create a new world. I kind of regret adding TCon, but I wanted the smeltery.

This pack is geared towards testing mods more that anything, so don't expect quests or anything like that. It's also built for my personal taste, but with the difficulty toned down quite a bit, so that others can enjoy it. For example Spice of Life is configured to allow the same food to be eaten 12 times with no diminishing returns (if that's not generous, I don't know what is!) Still, it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

I am currently using this pack on a private, whitelisted server (invite-only, sorry!) You can check out my YouTube channel (SilentChaos512) if you want to see some videos of the pack.
