(Formerly known as Minecraft: Community Edition)
The story of Classic Remix:
In 2013, I started playing Minecraft. I always felt that Minecraft's game design was fundamentally flawed, and I dreamed for many years what I imagined the game could be. Since I got into game modding and modpack creation in 2015, I have spent the last 9 years perfecting modpack creation and waiting patiently for certain mods to be updated to my satisfaction. After almost a decade of waiting, I believe that finally, the game that I always wanted as a kid finally exists.
I know that to most, this is just "another Vanilla+ pack" next to hundreds of others. However, this is very special to me, as this project is something I have been dreaming about since I was a kid, and there have been numerous other projects that led to this. I have accumulated thousands of hours of experience in modpack making specifically to make this modpack.
I am so excited to share this with the world.
This modpack used to be known as "Minecraft: Community Edition," but I both felt that was a little too on the nose, and also that name technically violates Minecraft's usage guidelines. I have named it "Classic Remix" because this is a spin on the classic game design of Minecraft.
Minecraft as it was meant to be. Classic Remix aims to rework and completely reimagine longstanding game mechanics to form a specific and cohesive experience where no two playthroughs are the same.
Classic Remix is a personal passion project that is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any other official Minecraft entity.
✔ Remixed Combat System with Better Combat, with numerous weapon types and combos.

✔ Reworked fundamental vanilla systems, including health, enchanting, movement and potion reworks.
✔ Completely reworked loot system, where every player has their own loot.
✔ Diverse cave biomes, where no two mining trips will be the same.
✔ Dozens of new biomes with Regions Unexplored
✔ New Bosses, with special boss loot.
✔ Completely revamped structures, including expansive Strongholds with a new way to get to the End dimension.
✔ Expanded Nether & End Dimensions with new biomes, creatures, dungeons, and loot.
✔ The Aether Dimension, with its own challenges
✔ The Deep Dark Dimension - a dangerous place through the Sculk portal.
✔ Create Mod - New machines to tinker with

✔ Multiplayer tweaks, including pinging and proximity chat.
