Eat Them While They Sleep

Eat Them While They Sleep (ESWTS) is for lower-intensity creeping horror.

Many other modpacks which are horror-oriented have strong atmospheres, thick ambiences, and sometimes passive or aggressive threats of all calibers available in Minecraft. And yet, they overpronounce or allow completely unregulated hostile mob takeover that simply ruins the overworld. This pack has hostile horror mobs, but it intends to have a much more "low-key" eerieness presented as the first-and-foremost priority.

Specifically: this is for Minecraft players who want a more paranoia-focused survival-adventure, while maintaining the Minecraft adventure experience, even in a slightly deadened world.
