Description

Changes/Features

This pack is aimed to be difficult, with difficulty in every way to make your experience much more intense.

It is aimed to change many things in Minecraft to make a different, but also challenging pack.

Large buffs to old mobs and additions, such as new abilities or new mobs.

I'll be adding in extra locations to spice up the game along the way, provided with more biomes and more nether content.

If you want your Minecraft to be difficult, go right ahead... that is the focus of this pack.

This pack is a problem, but it can be your problem.

Running the mod

Simple, download the Twitch Client and search for Problem Pack on it.

However, RAM allocated to Minecraft should be increased.

To do this:

Click on the installations tab.

Go to the install titled Problem Pack.

Click the three dots.

Click on edit.

Expand options by clicking on more options.

Go to the JVM Arguments section, and increase the values for -Xmx and -Xms.

"m" here means megabytes, 4GB is 4096 MB.

Make sure the value for -Xms is not larger than the one for -Xmx.

Make sure the value for -Xmx is not smaller than the one for -Xms.

However, they can both be the same value.

The values I personally have set are -Xmx4098m -Xms4072m, however more can be set due to how much is in your computer.

You should not allocate more than half your total RAM to Minecraft.

For example: If you have 16GB, do not allocate more than 8GB.

If you do not know how much RAM you have, it's found in "About Your PC" in Settings on Windows, or can be found using Speccy.

When done, click Save, and launch Problem Pack.

Info

Pack was made with Forge for 1.12.2 version 14.23.5.2847.

Optifine can be installed as well for use of shaders, here is the version you want to use.
