                The world had been consumed by technology, Humans had done nothing more than pillage the earth of her resources for millennia.   Mother Nature finally had to even out the balance once again and released Magic back into the world.  For a time, it was good.

                Some had stayed their course unable to tap into the powers of magic and nature, but many more began using their innate magical abilities to replace what was once only able to be done by Human Technology.  This began to create a balance and the use of non-renewable resources as well as the pollution caused by them decreased at a rapid rate.  Even in this peace, Humans would begin to yearn for power.

                Where there is good, there will always be evil.  Some who bore innate magical abilities were unable to be satisfied by merely providing for themselves and their families.  Like Humans throughout history the craved power. They started to delve into ancient and once forbidden arts from the time of prehistoric magic.  They began to summon minion’s and bring forth portals to dark dimensions.

                Little did anyone realize that the simple minions would have masters on the other sides of those portals, and would seek power of their own.

                Will you use your technological prowess to overcome the chaos in this world?  Maybe you can feel the Magic in the air, and Will harness those powers?  You could commune with nature and bend it to help you in your fight.   Maybe you will combine one or more of these influences to shine a light into the darkness, or will you snuff out the light with the darkness?
