Hi everyone! After 1 year of development, I am glad to present you Survive: immersive realism - the most realistic modpack!

The goal of this modpack is to replace unrealistic minecraft features with realistic ones and make minecraft as close to real life as it possible, but still keeping it blocky and pixelated.

Read "requirements" first!!!

FAQ:

Q1: Why do you think it is the most realistic modpack?

A1:  The main idea of this project is to remove unrealistic things from vanilla and replace it with realistic ones. I haven't find the modpack with the same idea, that's why I think it is the most realistic modpack ever.

Example: I removed undead mobs and diamond tools.

Q2: OK, but the gameplay will become boring and easy without undead!

A2: I promise you, it won't. I replaced undead with both dangerous and realistic creatures such as cave spiders(now they can spawn everywhere on the surface during the night) and  a new pillager types.

I think I have answered the most popular questions!

Main features:

- 220+ mods enhancing ONLY 1 DIMENSION (there are no nether and end in my modpack because they are unrealistic).

- Absolutely incredible worldgen with Terra forged, YUNG's better mods and dynamic trees!

- Industrial paradise with Create(+a few addons), Immersive engineering(+a few addons) and Project Rankine.(JAOPCA for compatibility)

- New progression with realistic materials

- Exploration with alot of structure mods

- Enhanced combat with stealth

- Unique gameplay mechanics like restricted inventory and diseases

- Hardcore player stats like energy, thirst, sleep, stamina, sanity and realistic health system using First Aid and Survive!(name of this mod has nothing to do with the name of the modpack and it doesn't come from the same developer)

- A lot of new animals and pillagers

How do I get started?

- You can't chop down trees without an axe.

- Firstly, find a few sticks on the ground.

- Then, you'll need to find rocks and get flint out of them(put rocks in both hands an start right-clicking into the air util you get some flint).

- Now you need to craft flint hatchet using 1 stick and 3 pieces flint.

- Chop down your first tree!

- You can't make planks from logs. Firstly, you must strip them using you flint hatchet and put stripped logs with flint hatchet into a crafting grid. Then you'll get planks.

- Stone and wooden tools are disabled in my modpack. You can craft flint or boney tools instead. Bones can be obtained from passive animals or small fossils on the ground(*I told you how to get flint a few strings ago).

- Then you'll need to craft a bed, campfire and items that help you to obtain water(read more about thirst and other stats). Find the shelter.(you can't build yet, read tips)

- Craft toolbelt, quiver(optional) and a backpack to extend your inventory.

- Craft the guide books to learn the progression line. (I recommend you crafting rankine journal first)

- Now it's time to start playing!

The goal of the modpack: Collect all 12 eyes of ender from End remastered. *Nether and wither eyes can be obtained through killing golems in raids (redstone g. drops nether eye and squall g. drops wither eye), guardian eye drops out from great thrashers from Upgrade aquatic.

Tips from the author:

1. Progression line: Project Rankine(basics) => Create and TConstruct(Basics) => Project Rankine(Alloys and geology) => TConstruct(Forge and stuff) => IE and Petroleum addon. Rereskillable will help you in game.

2. Don't try to mine ANY blocks without tools! If you try, the block will damage you!(Thanks to Punch me Not)

3. Don't try to swing the sword. You can attack if your attack indicator is fully charged only(thanks to Exhausted stamina).

4. Scaffolding are must-have, because of block physics.

5. Use tool belt, quiver and backpack to extend your inventory!

Work-in-progress/planned features:

  • Quests
  • Mod compatibility
  • Adding new realistic mods
  • Upgrading custom spawns
  • Adding ways to get nether and end resources(+drops from unrealistic creatures)
  • Remove more unrealistic mechanics such as enderpearl throw.
  • Adding more bosses
  • Porting this project on latest versions of Minecraft(if the modpack becomes popular, I will port it on 1.18+)
