Classic Minecraft and even other modpacks can be very easy. The Darkest Age intends to change that. The first thing the pack does is overhaul survival as a whole giving you new ways to survive and new necessary things you need to survive. The next thing it does is increase the difficulty by adding new mobs and dimensions. At night during the pitch black darkness, it is nearly impossible to see the creatures lurking in the darkness. But it is not all that bad! With new mobs come new tools for you to use to survive. Things like ore, weapons, and armor have been changed as well to add new supplies to help with your survival. If you have ever sat in a Minecraft world wanting more adventure or that thrill you used to have when you first played the game, this is the right pack for you.
