What you can see in this modpack?

You can visit the twilight forest, mystical swamps, mysterious castles, dungeons, biomes. This modpack is extremely hard to play, so you are more likely to feel pain in your lower parts of your body, but it will depend on your skills, whether it will hurt or not.

Before you hit the create new world button, its especially important to do these actions:

1. Go to Game rules tab. And set to On In TNT explosions, some blocks won't drop their loot.
2. Set up datapack in the same order as in picture.

Modpack Description

####1.12.2

The heart of modpack is:
Twilight Forest, which adds a new dimension with various dungeons, mobs, and some goodies.
Aether 2, adds another world over clouds with fantastic creatures and mysterious structures.
Betweenlands, adds a dimension that is a dark and mysterious kingdom where strange, monstrous creatures roam among the remnants of long-extinct civilizations that succumbed to the spread of decay.
Tropicraft, if you do not know how to play next, you can go to the tropics. Relaxing, dangerous adventures await you.

Features and playstyle:

First you will spawn in twilight forest. First things first, I advise you to check the achievements of this mod. In twilight forest everything relates to them. I mean you cannot kill Hydra without killing Naga. And, what's about difficulty? Hard, you cannot change it.
After a little of exploring you may deside to choose a school of magic (Thaumcraft or Botania).

• You can try to learn both at the same time, but it will quite difficult. In the thaumcraft you need more aspects, which you get from learning the different things in your adventures.
• In Botania you need a lot of mana for powerful tools. Also Incorporeal and Botania Additions additional stuff for your experiements. Endless Corporea network!

New in Thaumcraft? Thaumic JEI will help you. 
Baubles as core mod for shiny inventory rings etc. Thaumic Inventory helps you not die from long-inventory-scanning.
4 ring slots for now. 
And some Thaumic Periphery.

So... When you will kill Snow Queen in the twilight forest, you can go to overworld. Drop Snow Queen's trophy in portal instead of diamond. Be careful, if you broke the portal in overworld, YOU CAN'T BACK! But you can make additional "portals", using Mystcraft's linking books.

  Oh, yes, I almost forgot, the twilight forest is default dimension for thaumcraft. I mean all the things of thaumcraft that are in the dimension of the twilight forest. Overworld has only 80% of things from Thaumcraft. Twilight Forest has 100%. So you can make your first house in the twilight forest.

Or you can use Mystcraft, to make your main base in another dimension. Or go into Mystcraft Age without a linked book and look for a way out. So romantic.

Biomes O 'Plenty, Thaumcraft, Botania and Twilight Forest has Mystcraft support.

Before you go out into the overworld and your journey begins. Remember, <mark>do not drink night vision potion at day time</mark>. The result on image below. Ends when potions effects ends.
And about your journey:  dungeouns in roguelike style. Oh, and Mowzie's mobs. And llibrary for them, by tradition. 
I'm so used to Biomes O' Plenty, that I don’t remember which biomes from there, and which of the vanilla minecraft. Diversify your adventures in overworld. May you will build a second house on a beautiful hills or inside Alps.

Camping mod helps you to early-middle game travelling. Backpack, camping tool also helps you throughout the game.Core mod, by tradition. 
When you look into the darkness for a long time, it begins to look at you in response.

Are you crafted Tiara from Botania or other flighting device? Your wings are broken, bro. You can't fly in Betweenlands and Twilight Forest dimensions. 
I think you already have some diamonds and a lot of stuff. You can craft Multi page chest for yourself.

Now you can explore the beauty of overworld. An endless world opens its embrace, revealing vast verdant fields that stretch as far as the eye can fathom. Majestic mountains soar with their lofty peaks, piercing the heavens with their regal stature. Enveloping all, dense forests whisper secrets, their tall canopy an enchanting refuge for both mortal and mystical alike(no magic mods for now, looking for good thaumcraft alternative).

When you get your first diamond, you may go into the Twilight Forest. A dimension brimming with ancient secrets. Every biome here holds the keys to unraveling the mysteries of the land, and only those who complete achievments can hope to uncover their treasures.Just drop diamond in waterpool surrounded by flowers.

If you want to postpone the exploration of twilight forest, you should try go to aether dimension. Don't forget a bucket of water. Oh, forgot to say. Did you seen your beautiful 3d skin?

Game so hard, and you can't get good armour? FISHING TIME! Depending on your luck, you can get good armor just by fishing. However, it may take quite a lot of time, but it's worth trying.

Can't find coal in deep dark caves? Find squids and craft torches.
