Really does its job. Just a pity there aren't any comparison screenshots showing the difference before and after (check curseforge).

Nowadays it's rare to see someone document every change, what it does, or provide full documentation for each tweak, fix, and so on. At the very least, that's probably one of the reasons Lithium has earned my trust.

A lot of people misunderstand how this mod works, please don't confuse it with what Vanillin or EntityCulling do.

The only thing I would probably point out is that there are a lot of foliage culling options, and an average user won't know which one to use or which one is best for them. A bit of documentation would probably help.

Unfortunate that author doesn't mention that the mod is also great in that it allows you to join servers and worlds with people who don't have the same mod installed (although you lose its functionality), which I personally consider a significant advantage.

And from what I can see, there's currently nothing that could replace this mod. (Unfortunately can't select NeoForge in the review, only Forge)

often heard that this mod doesn't really do much and that the performance gain from it is very small. In my tests, that wasn't the case, and the improvement can actually be quite good, around 100 to 300 FPS in my case. The only issue I ran into was a very hard-to-reproduce situation with scripts in Figura.
