I always appreciate the opportunity for Minecraft to run better than it is, and when the rendering for entities, which is notoriously taxing in large modpacks, can be optimized, I'm on board FULLY! This mod does a fantastic job at improving performance for many aspects of Minecraft. Haven't had any compatibility issues when using it!

This mod does a great job at improving the performance of modpacks, or just Minecraft in general, through the usage of tweaks that have been proven to work well. A must have for anyone who has a slower computer or a very large modpack! Very little reason to ever depart from using this. I've been sure to install this whenever it's missing to gain the boost in performance and stability through all my playthroughs!

I might even consider this one necessary when using large biome generation mods like Terralith! This mod adds a compass that allows players to access the location of any biome that has been generated within a certain amount of blocks of the player. This makes the tedious task of finding specific biomes for quests or items trivial and much more enjoyable!

As a fast-paced player, I always enjoy the opportunity to get around quickly. I find that the Waystone mod has been one of the most immersive ways to do so. Being able to craft a Waystone, place it in your base, and access other Waystones you've encountered on your journey via teleportation is fantastic! It's popular and for good reason! It works well, it does what it says, and it has the option to cost XP as well, making it potentially challenging under the right circumstances! Works well, never had an issue with it previously with all the time I've used it.

I did read the reviews here that mention that this mod isn't a requirement, but from my experience, it works perfectly fine for what it is, even if it's unnecessary. Performance improvements are always welcome, but I can understand if other mods may do it better. Never had an issue myself though.

Just Dire Things gives players the perfect tools to tackle complex automation tasks with ease. There's a lot of cases where I find myself missing this mod when I play a modpack that doesn't include it. Having the block breaker/placer with advanced settings,. block teleporters, and the INCREDIBLE time staff really gives utility that many players may not know is missing! Perfect, 10/10.

The difficulty with developing a mod like this is accomplishing the goal of limiting grind in a way that doesn't make the game too boring or easy. There's a balance that needs to be struck where an anti-grinding system can't be cheesed to remove all challenge. Gadgets Against Grind does this fantastically! I love using this mod and all of its tools to ensure I'm not spending countless hours wasting time! It's the perfect mod for anyone who enjoys modded Minecraft, but has respect for their own time! The gadgets make sense, aren't too hard to handle, and look good!

This mod looks good, plays good, and has a unique twist on traditional tech mods that usually have industrial themes! Ars Nouveau covers a lot of ground, but is most commonly known as the mod that lets you create your own spells! You can unlock a variety of different types of spells and methods of casting said spells. My favorite spell that I was able to make launches me into the air, enables elytra flight, and casts a firework spell that propels me forward!

There's other functionalities of the mod, such as automation and enchantment book creation, along with providing unique multi-block setups for creating resources used by the mod. I'm a huge Applied Energistics 2 head, and while automation was difficult for some of the recipes, it was still a fun challenge! The half point I took off is just due to the difficulty to integrate Ars Nouveau automation into other mods. Love this mod either way!

Incredible to see this mod getting updates again after playing with it so much back in the day! This mod is such a classic example of freedom of expression in Minecraft modding! Being able to craft all the different parts of a weapon or tools in order to make it do exactly what you'd like! The mod has so much customizable depth and is still receiving new features! Absolutely incredible and lovely to see. I never liked Silent Gear that much because it didn't have the multiblock setup that Tinkers Construct has by default.

Mod does what it says: You can store multiple of the same item in a drawer, which allows for bulk storage of a single item. Incredible for resources that players are generating gigantic amounts of. The ability to upgrade the storage is also incredible and adds a lot of depth to a simple mod!
