Countered's Settlement Roads:

"Countered's Settlement Roads" is a Minecraft mod that transforms how villages connect in your world! No longer are settlements isolated by rugged terrain or vast, empty landscapes—this mod introduces naturally generated roads to bridge the gap. Whether you're exploring vast plains or navigating the wilderness, you'll encounter realistic paths that guide your journey. 

Features:

  • Dynamic Road Generation: Roads automatically spawn between villages, creating immersive, interconnected pathways across your world.
  • Now with intelligent pathfinding!
  • Buoys over water: Make following across the ocean easy!
  • Distance signs and lampposts!

Incompatibilities:

  • World pre-generation mods

Also works well with Countered's Terrain Slabs!

Future Plans

  • Different Road Qualities: From mud to stone bricks!
  • Dynamic Decorations: Lamps, signs, and small waypoints along roads for added detail and functionality.
  • Improved pathfinding: Roads avoiding water and mountains or creating tunnels and bridges!
  • Enhanced Config Options: Full control over road generation frequency, material types, and biome interactions.
