About

Description

Beware! Currently adds 10 new dangerous monsters for you to face.

The Daunt:

An extremely fast and dangerous monster which sports a massive pair of jaws. Be careful when exploring swamps, and dark forests, taigas, and other wet biomes.

The Arm:

Is a rare but lethal ghostly entity that spawns only in soul sand valleys. They can't see but they can feel your beating heart if you get to close, keep your distance unless you're very well equipped.

The Fever Dream:

A tall lanky monster with a smell for blood. When you kill a monster, there is a slight chance he will join in on the carnage and slaughter any poor soul unlucky enough to summon him. Lead him to water if you can.

The Monolith:

The largest creature in the end, this titanic monster feeds on the endermen and any adventurer that dares to explore the expanses of the void.

The Maw Manta:

Unlike it's peaceful cousins, this deadly sea beast will hunt down any sailor who dares to cross the overworld's deep oceans. Beware its massive sideways jaws.

The Rock Tentacle:

Step carefully when you explore the lush caves, deep dark, and drip stone caverns. The rock Tentacle will attack anything that gets close and is extremely powerful. Lucky for you, it can't move from it's fixed spot. Don't make it angry though, or he might decide he's bored of sitting in one place.

The Arboreal Colossus:

Something lurks in the taiga forests, and one would easily mistake him for just another tree. That's until he suddenly comes to life and smashes you into plant food. This titan of of the forest is extremely tough and extremely dangerous, for even in death, he might get the last laugh.

The Scuddler:

While not normally dangerous, the Scuddler will flee from the player up to a certain point. If backed into a corner however, it will pick the player up by the head slowly poisoning and draining the unfortunate victim's hunger and health. It won't necessarily kill you, but it leaves you extremely vulnerable for other monsters to rip you apart. Best to leave it alone.

The Dracoflora:

What is essentially a massive carnivorous plant, the Dracoflora is normally quite docile, but if you disturb its sleep or get to close to rare awake individuals, it can become extremely deadly. If you are lucky enough to kill it, there will be a reward for you that can guard your house. Just don't get caught lest you will become plant food.

(New) The Capsizer:

If the mantas start fleeing, you should get to dry land as soon as possible. The Capsizer is a an enormous fish that ambushes it's prey from the depths. Its primary food is the vicious Maw Manta, that doesn't mean you're off the menu though. Stay wary when traversing the high seas.

Thank you to Memelover2121 for helping me with the AI update as of late, he's a really skilled modder and you should go check him out https://www.curseforge.com/members/memelover2121/projects

By the way, I'm partnering with Kinetic Hosting. Use the code below to get a discount on your first month and survive the dangers in the dark with your friends.

Requires Geckolib to function

If animations break while using shaders, use complementary shaders instead. It doesn't appear to happen with everyone, but some people have an issue with it (depends on your hardware).
