Emotecraft Compat

A client-side compatibility mod for NeoForge 1.21.1 that improves compatibility between Emotecraft and other player rendering or animation mods.

What Does This Mod Fix?

Emotecraft Compat resolves animation and rendering conflicts between Emotecraft and Entity Model Features (EMF), including player animation resource packs such as Fresh Animations Player and Fresh Moves.

Features:

  • Prevents EMF animation conflicts while Emotecraft emotes are playing.
  • Restores normal EMF animation behavior when emotes finish.
  • Fixes bending-related rendering issues and crashes.
  • Improves bending compatibility with 3D Skin Layers.
  • Works automatically without configuration.

Note: Compatibility with other EMF-based resource packs is expected but has not been fully tested.

Emotecraft is required. All other integrations are optional and activate only when the corresponding mods are installed.

These versions have been tested successfully. Other versions may also work but have not been verified.

Development Notes

This project was developed with the assistance of AI tools, including code generation, Gradle project setup, and test case creation.

The implementation was guided, reviewed, adjusted, and manually tested by the author to address real compatibility issues.
