Description

Longer Speed II

Speed II potions, splash potions, lingering potions and tipped arrows last longer. The duration becomes the same as a long level 1 of its type.

This mechanic was suggested on my discord server.

Note

The potions will look 1.5 minutes when they have been brewed and are still in the brewing stand, but they will work as intended as soon as they enter a player's inventory.

Becomes 8 Minutes when entering inventory

Installation

Server Installation (Datapack)

  1. Go in the main server file

  2. Open world -> datapacks

  3. Upload the datapack in the datapacks folder

World Installation (Datapack)

  1. Press Win + R and enter %appdata%

  2. Open .minecraft -> saves -> -> datapacks

  3. Upload the datapack in the datapacks folder

(Note that if you are using a launcher like Modrinth App or Prism Launcher, you'll need to go on your instance on the launcher and click on Open Folder.)

Server Installation (Mod)

  1. Go in the main server file

  2. Open mods

  3. Upload the mod in the mods folder
