Project Expansion adds additional ProjectE QoL, items, functionality, and tech compatibility! It's a fantastic addition to ProjectE for anyone who wants to integrate it more into their automated setups and wants more features and progression out of ProjectE! I find that it's a must have! The performance could be better under heavy load, but if you aren't sending through tens of thousands of items through a transmutation interface!

This is based on ProjectEX, which seems to be mostly abandoned at this point. This has been rewritten from the ground up, and has some new things.
