Description

Adds restriction to allow casting spells only if you wear Wizard armour. 
In config you can switch armor requirement to allow spellcasting only if Armor element matches spell element. Or, for example, require only Hat. Or make required amount of pieces be lower, for example only 3, or 1 piece.
