I made this because I want to solve missing shifter problem and I also want to follow the lore story that shifter power is inherit to newborn.

default setting:
  "enabled": true,
  "inheritanceChance": 0.01, (1% Chance.)
  "globalAnnounce": false, (true = Tell world new shifter inherited.)
  "announceNearby": false, (true = Tell nearby instead of world.)
  "announcementRadius": 5.0, (Range of announceNearby, default 5 blocks away.)
  "requiredDiscoveredShifters": 12 (Players need to discover default 12 existing shifter to unlock the inherit breeding, change the number to your liking but not more than 12.)
  "allowAllDimensions": false (true = Allow breeding to work in all dimension.)

Shifter Inheritor now work with MCA Reborn.
