The Last Player

You thought you were playing alone. You're not.

The Last Player is a psychological horror mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric). It's not about a monster chasing you and screaming — the horror comes from doubt: a torch lit that you don't remember placing, a footstep behind you when you're sure you're alone, a distant figure that only gets closer when you look away.

What you'll find

• The Other — watches you. If you look at it, it stops. It's when you look away that it moves.
• The Fragment and The Echo — two lesser presences, each with its own way of making you jump.
• A real story to uncover, page by page, by exploring the world — not just a random string of jumpscares.
• Hidden structures: a collapsed shelter, a watchtower, and more if you know where to look.
• A real ending, with real consequences.
• Dynamic tension: the longer you stay in the dark or stand still, the more the world around you starts behaving wrong.
• Fully reworked music and atmosphere, starting from the title screen.

For streamers

/thelastplayer difficulty easy|normal|hard adjusts event frequency and danger in real time — useful for calibrating tension live, no restart needed.
