tkChat
tkChat is a Minecraft chat system for Velocity proxies that currently supports Fabric and Paper backends.

Requirements
- Velocity 4.1+ on Java 25
- SignedVelocity on Velocity and every Paper/Fabric backend
- Velocity player-info forwarding configured for production. (e.g., FabricProxy-Lite for Fabric servers)
- LuckPerms & LibertyBans on Velocity
- MariaDB 10.6+
- RabbitMQ (optional; only required for multi-proxy setups)
