About

Description

This mod modifies how enchantments are obtained.
Removes all enchanted trades from all villagers (only vanilla professions), so only non enchanted items.
Reworks the librarian, it will no longer trade enchanted books directly, instead you can give a librarian an item, either an enchanted book or an Enchanted Script.
The Enchanted Script is a new item that can be obtained in dungeons and loot. It will display in its name what kind of enchantment has.
When right clicking at a librarian with this item, the librarian will add a new trade with the enchantment that the item had.
If used an enchanted book, only the first enchantment will be used.
the item used to achieve this will be destroyed.
This way it removes the annoying mechanic of rerolling enchantments, specially when your modpack has a massive amount of enchantments.
This mod also adds a new structure
The forgotten library, has a lot of enchantments and enchanted scripts. However it is underground and has a lot of enemies.
Added a new map item that points the location of the forgotten library, it can be obtained by trading with a cartographer at max level.
Added new ways of getting enchanted books and enchanted scripts
You can add enchantments to books by using enchanted scripts. ( right click with book in off-hand and script in main hand) Does not work with books with enchantments already.
You can get scripts by using a shear on a book. ( right click with shear in off-hand and enchanted book in main hand).
Adds a new mechanic for "crafting" enchantments using other enchantments
uses recipes located in /gamedirectory/config/teorecipes it already has an example.json explaining how the json files are being handled.
Right click a lectern with an enchanted book in hand to open a gui to allow you to access a combiner
Non tradable enchantments cannot be made to sell in this way, however a new very rare enchantment called Complex Knowledge allows you to do so.
You need to combine the enchantment you want to be in trade with Complex Knowledge, (in this order or else you will just lose your enchantment).
After that the villager can start to sell this enchantment.
