This is not another backport modpack. We believe Minecraft 1.12 represents a golden era of the game, with a perfect balance of content, performance, and charm. While newer versions of Minecraft have taken different directions, we're preserving and enhancing what made 1.12 special. We also fully believe 1.12 is the easiest version to start modpack development and completely change how the game works from the ground up, especially with this template modpack to get you started!
We're building upon what made this version great, not trying to turn it into something it's not.

You may use any part of this modpack for your own projects, including copying/modifying our mods list, configs and scripts.
However, we highly prefer you credit this modpack on your project page and keep your project open source for the betterment of the 1.12 community! Be sure to follow the licenses for individual mods as well!

☕ Java 25 Guide (Cleanroom Loader)
1) Launch Modernized 1.12 via any launcher. During launch, a window to select mods will appear (File Director)
3) Select the Cleanroom Relauncher option, click next
4) Java 25 and Cleanroom Loader will auto-download, just click next/finish if prompted
5) That's it!
