Minecraft Mod & Modpack Reviews

This pack has tons of things to do, and plenty progression paths to follow as well as charms to collect, a "hardmode" of its own based on said charms that will allow you to use other special charms, places to explore and just has its own general aesthetic that is pleasing in its own right. Even if you are one who thinks they cant do without tinkers, AE2 and Thermal Series, give it a try. If you can, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a small group or community together to play this, it really enhances the experience and is the way its intended to be played.

Some Swords and Armors are quite but all in all incredibly fun and there are a lot of new monsters even with lore

all it needs is for the final polish and the in game guide book to finally be complete. works for main progression but is spotty when delving into side content like the magic systems. my friends have played through it twice now and its always a good time. can you add grappling hooks back, they were a lot of fun and super helpful when exploring :).

Cobblemon looks and feels right at home in Minecraft with the monsters' cubic models. As the monster's moves are ripped from Pokemon showdown I believe they are quite balanced. The only thing negative I've found is a few missing mechanics and Pokemon but later updates will no doubt remedy this :)

Did I mention you can add your own Pokemon through datapacks?

This mod pack is hands-down one of the most incredible RPG mod packs I have ever played in Minecraft. The music is a vibe. This mod pack has everything from extensive and interesting questing and progression to beautiful and fleshed-out aesthetics and storyline. I recommend this mod pack for anyone who loves Minecraft and TRUE RPGs. Don't pass this one up.

There seems to be a stability bug that causes the MC instance to hang when launching for some. Done a lot of trouble shooting and when I finally made it to the discord (which was difficult due to broken links) I found that it's a known issue, linked below.

The modpack author is developing the second iteration of the pack and has decided to not pursue fixing the issue due to difficulty replicating the bug and the fact that a newer version will be out soon.

I guess I'll wait. The modpack seems amazing from the one time I actually got it to launch. But the issue is persistent across both my laptop and desktop and I have no way to actually play it. I'll have to set up a server for my friends using a different modpack while I wait.

Triforge is easily the best mod pack I've ever played, the pack creator works hard to balance the pack and make sure it doesn't feel bloated. The pack also has tons of custom recipes, integrating many of the methods of crafting from different mods together. If you play Triforge, you're guaranteed to have a good time progressing and exploring the world. I also highly recommend their server, which has an amazing community.

CraftTweaker, at least on the newer versions, is capable of a lot more, has an abstraction layer to deal with recipes, and is a lot easier to use compared to KubeJS.

Wonderful pack. Tweaked in every aspect. Custom content. Meaningful progression. Even has its own OST. Makes me have hope for modpacks.

Wonderful marketing around the pack but other than an example of greed, doesnt serve any purpose.
Bloated to the maximum, crashes so often, unbalanced as hell. Add to that a studio behind it that is known in the community for making a mod that not only stole assets from a different mod but also made it that your Minecraft will crash whenever you have both of those mods installed to cover it up. Do not recommend anything from Lunapixels honestly.
