About reputation ranksI watch the pearl go across and then the dispenser moves and I'm like "heheha funny funny mod" and I clap my hands and stomp my feet, and then my big serious adult brain starts whirring like a propeller being powered by a jet engine and then I make a super complex redstone contraption designed around moving the dispenser between multiple places, I build a computer in minecraft, then run minecraft on that computer with this mod and do it again, recursively, going forever, it gains processing power as it goes ever deeper, I run the universe on my computer, I am God! I was God all along! AAHAHAHHAHAHA oh wait no sorry I just realized it didn't work. Dagnabbit, there isn't a single thing I can do with this that I can't just do with normal redstone. But maybe that's the point? Not of the mod, no, of life. Life is something simple and stupid that we've overcomplicated and pretend we're using for something, but it's all just a sick joke. I used to think life was a tragedy, but now I realize that it's a comedy. That's right folks, Ender Pearling Dispensers sent me on a Joker arc, because, honestly - listen close - come closer - closer - CLOSER!!! - I have no idea how to make a real review of this mod. What do you want me to say? It works. I put this in my modpack, and I play that modpack a lot. I really do have over 1000 hours played with this mod, and you know, for some of that, I even remembered that I had it. What would you have me do, not play with this mod? Insanity. A mod doesn't need to do anything meaningful to be good, someday, if people actually play my modpack, they're gonna stumble upon this mod by accident, and shoot an ender pearl out of a dispenser, and they are going to smile when it jumps to the spot where that landed. That's what all this is about, ultimately. That smile. I've played deeply complex mods that took their creators decades of work and never smiled, but that's what we're here for, is it not? To look upon this game, and feel the darkness that clouds our hearts every moment of every day pushed back, just a little. Nothing is fixed, nothing is better, I am very lonely and I am scared all the time, but when I see that pearl launch the dispenser across the room, I'm not thinking about how terrified I am of mortality, or all the things denied me by this transient existence. I am like "heheha funny funny mod" and clap my hands.
