Come say hi. Bug reports, feature requests, and help are all welcome.

Shurui's Raid Bosses hands server owners a complete raid event system that turns any registered mob into a scaling, scheduled boss fight. Players sign up, get warped into a locked arena, and battle a boss whose health and damage grow with the size of the party, while the server tracks everyone's damage and pays out rewards automatically. Run a classic single boss, a Parallel Quest swarm of assorted enemies scored by damage and kills, or a Boss Rush that throws boss after boss at your players, and hand out any of them on demand with a Raid Soul item. Every encounter is built and tuned live, in-game through an editor GUI, and saved straight into your world, no config files, no restarts.

✨ Features

⚔️ Unlimited Custom Raid Bosses

Create as many named bosses as you like, each with its own arena, boss entity, rules, schedule, and reward table. Pick any registered entity as the boss, from a vanilla Warden to a modded mega-boss, give it a custom display name, and every participant fights under a DragonMineZ-styled raid bar (the same ki-sense HP bar art DMZ uses) that shows the enemies remaining during waves and switches to the boss's live HP once it appears.

🌀 Three Raid Types

Every raid is one of three flavours, chosen right in the editor:

  • Standard — one participant-scaled boss, the classic fight.
  • Parallel Quest — spawn sequential waves of assorted enemies (any entities, in any amounts, each with its own health, melee damage, ki power, scale, and wave number — the next wave arrives when the previous one is cleared), capped off by an optional boss finale. The server tracks damage and kills, and crowns the MVP (damage plus a configurable weight per kill) for the top reward.
  • Boss Rush — a sequence of bosses spawned one after another, each stage with its own entity, name, stats, ki moves, and a configurable delay before it appears.

🔥 Raid Soul Items

Mint a Raid Soul for any raid with /srb soul <raid>. Every soul shares one look, but its name and lore show the raid it launches, and using it on a Raid Master starts that raid instantly, no sign-up window, no waiting. Perfect as a rare drop, an event trophy, or a shop item that lets players trigger their own raids.

📈 Party-Scaling Difficulty

Bosses scale to the crowd. Set a base health pool plus bonus health per player (with an optional hard cap), and optionally scale outgoing damage too, so a five-player raid and a fifty-player raid both stay a real fight.

☠️ One Life Per Raid

Raids are do-or-die: a fighter who falls — rescued by the death-save or not — is out for the rest of that raid. Sneaking back into the arena bounces them straight to spawn with a reminder to train up and try again next time. The slate wipes clean when the raid ends.

⚙️ Full In-Game Editor GUI

Configure everything from a clean editor screen with /srb edit, no files to touch:

  • Type: pick Standard, Parallel Quest, or Boss Rush, then edit that type's enemy waves or boss stages, set a category for the NPC menu, and choose whether the raid shows up there
  • Arena: define bounds with WorldEdit, plus PvP toggle, vanilla-drops toggle (enemies drop nothing of their own by default — rewards come from the reward table), heal-on-start, countdown, and a fight time limit
  • Sign-ups: sign-up window length, min/max participants, and an optional "requires a character" gate
  • Announcements: fully customizable, color-coded chat messages for sign-up, start, boss spawn, victory, and timeout, with on-screen titles and a custom announce sound
  • Rewards: separate participant, top/MVP, and runner-up reward tables, edited with type dropdowns and per-type inputs

🧍 Raid Master NPCs & Category Browser

Set up a Raid Master NPC that players walk up to and interact with to open a browser of every joinable raid, neatly grouped into collapsible category dropdowns with each raid's type and live state at a glance. Prefer commands? Players can still use /srb join, /srb leave, and /srb status from anywhere.

📊 Damage, Kills & Reward Tiers

The server tracks per-player damage and kills for the whole fight and ranks the leaderboard on victory, damage for Standard and Boss Rush, or a damage-plus-kills MVP score for Parallel Quests. Hand out rewards as items, commands, training points, skills, forms, ki techniques, or messages, split across participant, top/MVP, and runner-up tables. Wrap any reward in chance:<percent>: for a random custom drop. Reward text supports placeholders like %player%, %damage%, %damage_percent%, %kills%, %rank%, and %boss%.

📅 Automatic Scheduling

Set raids to open on their own, daily, weekly, or monthly, at an hour and minute you choose. Sign-ups announce themselves to the whole server, so events run like clockwork even when you're offline. Prefer to run them by hand? Fire any raid instantly with /srb start.

🐉 Deep DragonMineZ Support

When your boss is a DragonMineZ saga boss, extra tuning unlocks right in the editor: set melee damage, ki power, boss scale, AI tier (Simple / Tactical / Advanced), and even the exact pool of ki moves the boss casts — the boss's battle power is derived automatically from its melee + ki power, so scouter readings always match its real strength. Configured stats survive saga transformations: every new form keeps your health, damage, and ki moves. Build a Frieza-tier raid, a sparring dummy, or anything in between, and reward winners with DragonMineZ forms and ki techniques straight from the reward table.

💠 Z-Souls — Push Past the Stat Cap

Equip a Z-Soul charm in its own Curios slot and raise a single DragonMineZ stat beyond the server's global cap, up to the soul's tier ceiling (rainbow souls lift every stat at once). You buy the extra points straight from a new "+" button in DMZ's stats screen — right beside each stat's normal add button, but only for stats you have a soul for. It charges DMZ's standard training-point cost, and the beyond-cap bonus shows right in the stat number, tinted while a soul is worn. A perfect end-game grind and raid reward.

🛠️ Getting Started

  1. Create your first raid with /srb edit and open the editor GUI.
  2. On the Type tab, choose Standard, Parallel Quest, or Boss Rush and set up its enemies or boss stages.
  3. Grab a WorldEdit selection and set it as the raid's arena bounds.
  4. Tune health scaling, sign-up limits, messages, and rewards, then save.
  5. (Optional) Spawn a Raid Master NPC with /srb npc, enable a schedule, or hand out a Raid Soul with /srb soul <raid>.
  6. Launch it any time with /srb start or a Raid Soul, or let the schedule do it for you.

All editing and management is operator-gated and server-validated, so these tools are safe to hand to trusted staff. Players only ever get the join / leave / list / status commands. Command root is /srb (alias /raidboss).
