0.9.9.6 - ASCENSION UPDATE IS OUT!
Support / Discord
Spanish versions (only quests)
Player Warning: The modpack is currently being polished for singleplayer. Once completed, multiplayer will follow. Expect a rough multiplayer experience!

💥 A brand new and challenging modpack is out in early access! (and that's for the better because I can't really do it alone)
What would make Calamycraft (Calamity Craft) so special you may ask? That's because Its progression is inspired from Terraria and built around the Terramity mod made by Aurukel.
This modpack is designed for players seeking a long journey filled with impressive gear, challenging battles, and custom content. It focuses on combat and exploration, completely breaking away from the short and depressed progression of vanilla Minecraft.
You spawn for the first time, monsters are weak, your equipment is lame, but not for too long. Open the quest menu and take a look at the 'STORY' quest tab, see? Your main goal is to beat bosses in a specified order and each defeat rewards you with new items such as guns, spells, legendary souls and much more. Though, bosses aren't your only objectives, there are 100+ quests to do with awesome rewards!
The further you progress, the better your equipment gets, the larger becomes your curios inventory and the tougher your enemies become. For exemple, end-game bosses deal from 80 to 100 damage without any protection and posses from 1500 to 2500 health points! Damn!
There are a total of 32ish bosses to beat and 11 that are optionals. All of that split into a few progression flags: Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter III, Final Chapter and Storm.

💀 Boss mods: Terramity, Cataclysm, Bosses of Mass Destruction, Bosses' Rises, Qliphoth Awakening, Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, T.O Magic, Meet Your Fight, Born In Chaos, Dungeon Now Loading 2%, Mowzie's Mobs, Legendary Monsters, EEEAB's Mobs, Aquamirae, Dark Doppelganger
⚔️ Weapon / Armor mods: Celestisynth, Armor of the Ages, Simply Swords, Useless Swords, Immersive Armors, MC Dungeons Weapons, MC Dungeons Armors, Lethality, Brutality, Many More Ores And Crafts, Armor Set Bonuses
✨ Magic mods: Forbidden and Arcanus, Ars Nouveau and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks with Mana Unification
💎 Curios mods: Artifacts, Enigmatic Legacy, Enigmatic Addons
> Obviously that isn't it, Terramity and its addons add dozens of curios and weapons too, as well as the other mods!
🏔️ Generation mods: Yung's Serie, Alex's Caves, Dungeons Enhanced, Mystic's Biomes, Nature's Spirit, Jaden's Nether Expansion, Dungeon Crawl, Mystic's Biomes, Ecologics, Netherific, The Outer End, Deeper Caves
🏃 Movement mods: Combat Dash, Swim Boost
🧰 Storage mods: Simple Storage Network, Tom's Simple Storage
And many, many other cool mods!

🎵 All bosses now play music using the Battle Music mod by NekoTun
📦 Items can be stacked up to 10K using the Bigger Stacks mod by thanksihadtosignupforthis
↗️ All bosses should scale their max health according to the number of players using the Parties mod by Sedu
🛡️ No durability! Instead, weapons, tools and armors lose 15% of their durability when you die using the Iron's RPG Tweaks mod by Iron431
🩹 During a boss fight, if all players die, the boss fully restores its health using Ash of Sin: Soul Like Boss Battle mod by Windrinn
🧍🧍♂️ A progression synchronisation for all players even when they join late.
📜 A lot of custom/new recipes and dedicated loot drops for various mobs and bosses.
⚖️ Greatly balanced: A copious amount of weapons and armors have been locked behind crafting materials dropped from bosses and modified to fit the progression curve. Each bosses' health and damage were also tweaked to match your current gear to keep up the challenge. Obviously, chances to not find progression holes or cheesing strats are near impossible. If you happen to find something like this, just enjoy it 👍

As you may already know, this modpack is in its early version which includes its collection of annoying bugs. While It remains properly playable, many issues can show off (chunks not loading, progression softlocks, bad recipes, lame balancing, unfortunate crashes, server errors). These can be fixed with your help! 🔥
FUTURE PLANS
Fear not, I have plans:
- Improve chunk loading speed
- Improve performance even more
- Fix redundant crashes and bugs
- Custom structures for a few bosses
- A more diverse crafting possibilities using modded features
- Add/replace mods to extend/improve the experience
- Overhaul update on visuals (Sprites, UI, Quests...)
- Adjustments for Terramity 1.0
- Deliver a more stable server pack
- And much more 🚀
