Welcome to the "Path of Truth" modpack! This modpack is a joint creation by the wild engineer JasdewStarfield and the abstract magician MidnightPigeon. In this world, you will embark on a continuous journey of exploration until the very end. Only with sufficient knowledge and thorough exploration can you uncover all the hidden truths. You must develop comprehensively, wielding the powers of both science and magic, to reach the end of the void and see the true nature of this world.

Players familiar with these mods can quickly get started, but please note that this is a heavily customized modpack (using KubeJS), so your usual strategies may need to be adjusted. Don’t rely too much on old habits—embrace the new challenges!

Unique Challenges

To enhance difficulty and enrich the experience, we have modified terrain generation so that the world consists solely of cold biomes. You will also need to manage your body temperature with the Cold Sweat mod, adding an extra layer of survival challenge!

Detailed Quest Guidance

For those unfamiliar with these mods, don’t worry. This modpack provides a detailed quest guidance system and mod tutorials. They will lead you from the primitive Bronze Age, through the Iron Age, Precision Mechanism Age, and Electrical Age, allowing you to develop both industry and magic on a frozen land, ultimately uncovering the truth of this world.

Immersive Audio-Visual Experience

Additionally, we have included various audio-visual enhancement mods (such as Oculus, Falling Leaves, Ambient Sounds, etc.). These mods do not affect the core gameplay but add a touch of immersion and relaxation. Players who prefer not to use these features can freely toggle them off without impacting the main gameplay experience.

Requirements

• Java17 (or higher versions)
• Any Minecraft launcher that supports Curseforge modpacks
• 4G or more RAM is suggested to run the pack. If you are going to run a multiplayer server, then it would be no less than 8G RAM (depending on the number of the players)

*Note: This modpack supports both single-player and multiplayer play, and the difficulty is relatively high, so it is recommended to check the basic mission description and introduction after entering the game.

*Another note to Non-Chinese players: The quest descriptions in this modpack currently only supports Simpified Chinese (Apparently we don't have enought time and effort to write these in two languages). However, you can still play the pack as the quest requirements themselves (and JEI) are still available. We would be obliged if someone offers a translation, of course!
