I'm not sure if there was something wrong with my computer or something, but when I picked up this modpack to play (I was kind of excited about playing it) and created a new world it was incredibly laggy. Dangerous mobs spawn very commonly, and I was killed upon spawning in without time to react, partly due to low framerate. While I do appreciate the idea of community-made textures, I can't say I liked many of them. I eventually decided to play a different pack.

Overall, the concept seemed cool, but I think it'd be better for people who are fans of first-person shooters and have actual gaming PCs.

Iron's spells is sort of a modern electroblob's wizardry.
The mod adds a bunch of magic scrolls in loot chests around the world you can add to your spellbook to cast with a keybind. These spells have pretty cool visuals and effects, however they can often be unbalanced with vanilla-difficulty enemies.
The art is pretty good, although I feel a few textures could be slightly improved.
I have encountered no bugs or performance issues while playing with this mod, and include it in nearly every custom modpack I create.

Quite probably the best dungeon mod for Minecraft
Integration: IDAS has structure integration between a whole load of different mods, so you can find many modded blocks in the structures, unlike most other structure mods. It also replaces Ice and Fire's structures by default with way better ones
Awesome builds: The structures are super awesome looking, the builders are really talented
Gameplay: Dungeons are fun to explore, loot is meaningful, traps and challenges well thought out
Balance: Structures are meticulously balanced to ensure they don't give players an advantage by gutting all the Create tech from them, Brass is quite rare as loot

I have sometimes found bugs where blocks such as fences and walls are wrongly rotated upon generation, other than that I have had no problems with this mod

I admit I don't often use this mod in my own custom modpacks, as I prefer to build my own structures, but I think this mod works really well in modpacks and ties all the mods together.

I liked the idea of it and gave it a fair crack but it's too unbalanced and grindy to be fun. Need to punch a lot of trees to get the initial essence pieces or whatever it is to make the first custom multiblock to turn trees into cobblestone. There is no easy way of initially getting string without making a mob grinder which takes forever because you have get lot of trees to do it.

Cuboid Outpost is a modpack that does away with the traditional start of a world. You are on a barren planet with a pre built high-tech home that comes with solar/wind power and other basic machinery.

Resource generation is unconventional in that after reaching a certain amount of an ore, it becomes possible to infinitely duplicate it. This felt well thought and a breath of fresh air to conventional modpacks that have scaling resource collectors.

The quest book is excellently crafted, guiding the player through progression without being too hand holdy. As someone who was completely new to the Create mod too it felt like this modpack provided a perfect introduction in the form of its quest section.

The modpack is good for short to mid length playthroughs with enough content to keep a player invested for around 40 hours but YMMV.

The best description I can give is this feels like an anti-expert pack where resource bottlenecks and gating are almost non existent. Players picking this up would find a well crafted and thought out modpack so give it a try!

This modpack is what gregtech is what gregtech cannot ever be, fun and interesting. Tech progression is amazing and locked behind some adventure exploration. Puzzles are great and the dialogue between the villagers is interesting to say the least. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing progression and feel for the pack, nice touch in difficulty, needs a somewhat beefy computer though.

I should have around 40~ hours of gameplay with a couple of friends, and we are still in chapter 2. Very excited to see what the future chapters bring,

The structures are mostly all custom made and they look very good, infested with zombies that are somewhat fun to fight against with your guns. The progression is pretty interesting as there is a quest system that interesting without being too intrusive, you naturally complete some of the questlines as you progress throughout the game! The Ad Astra planets are also overhauled and feel actually interesting to explore.
I would say it's a must play and i honestly enjoy it, it's only in beta for now on but it's getting alot better!
