Description
Adds in an feature to the game that went unimplemented in the code for years.
For a long time in the code there was a file named watercolor.png, which was placed right alongside the foliagecolor and grasscolor pngs.
However, while this file was present, it had no purpose. The games code never touched it...
Until now
Note: Does not require ModLoader. For installation either extract the file and place the contents in your Beta 1.7.3 Minecraft.jar, or add the jar file via the "Add to Minecraft.jar" button in the version tab of a MulitMC instance.
