It was after I played this pack when I found not every modpack should be kitchen-sink or vanilla-enhanced -- Modpack can be themed. I completed this pack long time ago so i cannot give too much opinions but this pack has some interesting mechanics that intergrated to the "Cave" theme. Though then endgame might be a little tedious and too easy.

If you would like a skyblock modpack that heavily focused on automation, you might check out this modpack. benbenlaw is one of my favorite modpacker, not only his creative techpack but his ability to implement his own idea to his custom mod which dedicated for modpacks. (tho i hope he hire some artist to draw some textures for him lol)

This mod combined with the "I'm sorry but the Elytra is in another End City" + "Tectonic" + "Terralith" Mods makes it a decent substitute for the Elytra.

It has different tiers with more durability and it has different improves to enable it to be used in the Nether if it breaks or to be able to use it in storms preventing it from breaking if thunder hits you.

Additionally, it has a new mechanic that allows the player to be elevated if there is a source of fire below.

This mod solves the "Run out of looted problem", making all the chests since it means that each player has a personalized loot in each of the naturally generated chests, ensuring that the loot never runs out in them.

The player can quickly detect if they have opened an auto-generated chest previously, since it will have a blue texture, otherwise the texture will be gold.

I totally recommend installing this mod if you are going to play multiplayer.

A must perfomance mod to install, reduces the RAM memory used by the game and it doesn't have any compatibility with other mods.

I always use this mod, it's simple to use and helps a lot to pre generate all the needed chunks before to play in a new Modded Server World.

This mod adds 8 new Bosses to the game.

Once of them can be found in their specific structures over the Overworld, Nether or End.
They are not only challenging, have good animations, OST and battle mechanics but they drop useful items that can be processed to create new powerful Tools, Weapons and Armors.

Not only makes beatiful trees but it adds new features to them:

• When you cut a Tree this one falls dropped them all the wood and sticks.
• It exits multiples Mods to give compatibility with other Mods like Tectonic, Biomes o' Plenty, Biomes'll You go, Quark, or The Betweenlands.
• Generates Apple Oak Apples, allowing the player to obtain them easily with right click insteat of need to cut all the leaves of the trees

Thanks to this mod you can have very high mountains and other changes in the World Generation.

It's compatible with Terralith and you can install other mods to make them fully compatible with Dynamic Trees or Biome's O Plenty too.

The only bad think that I detected is with the flying Dungeons Arise structures, because they are generated in middle of the mountains, but you can disable them to appear in the Overworld with a new Datapack or installing the "When Dungeons Arise - No Flying Structures" datapack.

Disclaimer: I will go in detail of this mod, if you've never played it install it now and play with it without any outside spoilers. This is the best herobrine related mod EVER. It stays true to the legend. It's not even a horror mod yet is way scarier than any other cave dweller clone. Herorbine here is not a monster or a supernatural entity, he just watches. Sometimes from far away, sometimes closer. If you've seen him, then he sure has seen you. You can catch him in the corner of your eye, always watching, but when you notice Herobrine, he just disappears. That's not even mentioning how he slowly reveals his presence to the player and leaves you tiny signs that something is wrong. OH AND THE WARNING WHEN ENTERING A WORLD. The warning is the most creative and well executed idea in any mod. If that's not enough you can allow Herobrine to edit your CONFIG FILES. This may not be the best minecraft mod ever, but it sure is high on the list.
