While it's kind of Confusing at times, really my only suggestion would be to improve the Guide Book, though honestly it needs a major overhaul. Other then that, it's an amazing modpack so far!

This is a big modpack with some very interesting challenges. It gates AE2 behind so much grind that you might think you can beat the pack after unlocking it—but you’d be dead wrong. That’s actually when the mid-game begins.

This pack is grindy and relatively long. It took my friend (who didn’t have much time toward the end) and me a combined 400 hours and about two months of real time. We played on an always-on server—which is important, because while it’s totally possible to finish without one, it’s substantially harder and takes much longer.

In the end, it’s a really fun challenge and a great modpack if you like older versions. And as always, skyblock fans will find this one especially appealing—skyblock is, in my opinion, the superior way to play a modpack.

also my base was the most janky thing you can imagine...

This stands out as one of my favorite modpacks. Here are three reasons why:

  1. Well-thought in terms of game design. The pack's author Sainagh puts thought and effort into designing a modpack that provides for different types of players from very hardcore automation enthusiasts to more casual pack players like myself who enjoy a sandboxy experience.
  2. Choice between sandbox gameplay (ch. 1-3) and more gated exploration and automation focused gameplay (ch 4-10). I have played the first few chapters of this modpack several times and I find them to be incredibly fun. I can create as many interesting builds as I want and small automated systems until I get exhausted or otherwise arrive at a nice stopping point. I know there is an abundance of content ahead of me should I desire to continue.
  3. Extensive customization. The pack is tweaked to remove pointless items and very structured in the sense that the author's questbook gives tier lists for solutions to engineering problems. There is not "one right way" to solve Meatballcraft automation challenges. The modpack encourages experimentation.

Pretty much what the title says.

You start on nice little skyblock-style starting platform over lava and punch Huge fungus to get wood, craft a flame-proof bowl to throw into lava source blocks to sieve for matterials... that's fine but half the time it just burns up the bowl without giving me the lava bowl. I give up half way through the first chapter.

The Current Version of the Modpack has performance issues, mainly paladin's furniture the issue.
You're gonna need a somewhat beefy computer to play normally

Progression; Slow if you're new, Very fast if you're very experienced.

Art: Very Nice Buildings and Suburbs. Wasteland could be overhauled to generate more types of factories

Difficulty; Very Hard if NEW,

Tips: If you're starting out and got infected early on. use XP Tomes to store your hard-earned XP, Chest for items and a bed for spawn point. jump off a building then vwalla, Infection Cured. Parkour is a MUST, Build in pre-existing structures. After Day-100 Mining zombies start spawning in they can be disabled through config ( They can't mine reinforced blocks ) Progression is your own pace. kind of like project zomboid

ARPG in minecraft is quite refreshing to be honest. Crafting your skill tree in PoE style is something I really like. Still, they need a bit more experience with this in minecraft and their weapon skill set through. Many support gem are not even useful than PoE itself.

The downside is the tedious grind 1000 gear for single useful piece is also fit perfectly into C2E. It's fun when you can keep progressing, even by a little. But it drop to dead once you stuck for hour and hour. Author also put a lot of effort to penalty mob grind and automate as much as they can.

After recent change that gate spawn every where every time, result in clutter mob / item management a lot - make it a totally mass. I try new save after update for better experience.... and I spend 2 in-game day just to deal with them one after another while my base have a single bed, chest here and there on the half dig dirt hill... because killing a zombie or two result in chaos. While I'm being penalty for killing them around my base all the time because they spawn non stop?

Remove of create into botania for power generation shut me down. I not a create person, but botania is a big no for me. It also look mass up in general compare to any tech, magic or create when you try to integrate into base.... at least for non-builder like me.

Force change vanilla villager to a new one? ..... no, a choice would be best.

Overall, if you like unique experience, sure C2E can give you that. One way or another. Just like PoE, you'll love it or hate it. Sadly, recent update make me the later.

A good pack for who prefer more of Vanilla+, but not too much lot of mod to roll around. Good introduction for one who like to get into modpack after playing vanilla, but worry about too much to learn from kitchen sink.

Quest is not much and content is limited, but due to that... it's a good gateway. If you are modpack player who look for pack that give a unique feeling. Avoid this one.

What is there not to love? Abundant content, unique mechanics, lots of mobs, items, bosses, biomes, and practically everything under the sun. This mod has a little something for everyone whether you PvP, PvE, build, roleplay, you name it.

Yes, the mod is old in many respects, but in my personal opinion it all holds up well to this day even if some things should be updated according to others.

I love this mod. I want this mod to continue as it has been to update to newer versions and slowly but surely keep adding the new, great-quality content that has been getting added for so many years now.
