Minecraft Mod & Modpack Reviews

Just like every other reviews modpack is great but it is suffering from mainly the performance issues like bosses crashes the game when re-fought, sometimes the epic fight mod glitches and won't let you m1, lags too frequently even with high-end specs. But overall average modpack. Love it would fosho recommend if it is runnable for you.

I was looking for a "cozy" farming game and saw a recommendation for this modpack on Reddit. I hadn't thought of Minecraft modpacks for this purpose, but now I can't stop playing it. It's whatever game I want it to be depending on how I'm feeling at the time - farming, crafting, adventuring, decorating, collecting etc. If I ever get overwhelmed by all there is to do, the guides / achievements are a fantastic way to learn the mods and have a more structured playthrough. It's also so aesthetically pleasing - I just love being in my world. Today's adventure had me gasping in admiration at how beautiful some of the locations are. Thank you so much for this modpack, it's so beautifully and thoughtfully curated that it seems like a real labour of love.

The fact that you cannot turn off the step assist mod (that makes you climb blocks automatically - basically auto jump) without progressing to a certain point makes this modpack unplayable for me. It's beyond me how anyone could think it would be a good idea to prescribe basic player movement options. It's a shame because the content otherwise looks promising.

Endgame is terrible. It's not even trying to hide it.
Just to give an idea, you have to cook a bunch of different pam's harvestcraft meals in that endgame, along other sins such as nonrenewable blocks to hold onto, in which losing them will lock you out of further endgame progression.
Do not recommend this pack. It's too obvious that the endgame is ****.

i have over 300 houers but the big problem is some bosses crash the game (Ent crashes the game instant and i lost my 120 houer world) oger boss creshes the game at randem sun god and many more crashes the game

a very good but unfortunately kind of short modpack.
nice progression and exploration aspects and a nice endgame.
Imo there are two bad parts about it, the thirst and heat mechanic not playing a role after the mid game since they are so dominant in erlygame progression, and the endgame now i know i said the endgame is good and i mean that apart from the fact that there really isn't an endgame and while advanced rocketry is by far the best rocket mod out there you don't really gain anything from it and it doesn't fit narrative imo.

in conclusion i really like this pack (50% nostalgia) but definitely skip the last quest where you have to find the stupid tree sapling.

Alchemestry forces you to invent interesting workaround to generate some items in acceptable quantities or at all (for example getting tons of bonemeal + two high flowers plus a dissolver for a lot of rare metals)

How powerful this mod is depends on how clever you are and how well you can wrap your mind around a new way of thinking. You're writing scrolls in an arcane language. The mod is essentially a spell programming language that's some combination of Lisp and Forth, so if you want to learn more about the mathematics of programming, this is the mod to play.

Very boring, very misleading screenshots. My girlfriend and I played this and it's at best vanilla plus. Very disappointing.

I have played Minecraft for over 6 years now.
And in those 6 years, every modpack I have tried, I either get overwhelmed or bored in the first two hours.
But this modpack got me hooked for over a week now.
Good stuff and keep going man.
