Very high quality and well put together modpack, with little to no conflicts, the mods have all been customized to fit the vision of the pack, the modpack has its own core mod and has completely unique features to the modpack. The strongest of all has to be the textures, art and music, absolutely incredible pieces are made specifically for this pack.

Progression feels very rewarding, with all new advancements guiding you throughout the pack, it is very well crafted.

I can really appreciate RF for taking a stand and removing 'important' parts of the vanilla game, like the end, villagers and xp. In my opinion, this has really made the overall experience better, even the rebalancing of popular foods like steak and golden carrots in favour of making meals that can fill you more and give you buffs.

Performance is great, though there may be some fps drops here and there, but its still playable, no doubt about that. Overall the modpack feels like a well oiled machine, its such a smooth and rewarding experience

Raspberry Flavoured is one of the most complete modpacks I've ever played. I've never seen a pack with mods so tightly integrated, which creates such a unified experience, as if every mod was made for the pack.

so i was just randomly scrolling throught curseforge modpacks and stumbled onto Rebirth of the Night and let me tell you i couldnt come back.
I love this modpack so much, the ambiance and the soundtrack fits so good with the game.
The modpack sure is challenging but rewarding and i always loved the fact they made the caves have a way horror ambiance and fell than any other modpack.
I guess the only bad thing about this is the performance and stability,i havent saw a lot of bugs and even if i saw they're only insignificant but it can be a bit laggy sometimes.

Overall great modpack, but suffers HEAVILY from performance issues. I have a 4070TI and AMD Ryzen 9 5950X. The game is insanely laggy, exploring new chunks and various other NORMAL gameplay aspects causing crashes, with a dev team that seemingly does not care. Discord mods rarely offer troubleshooting, going as far as finding posts about the issues I've been having, being unanswered despite being years old.

At first, this pack is a dream. It immerses you in its world with a perfect texture pack, and enough of a foothold to get started, due to quests and structures. The promise of progression is there.

I picked the Astrologer starting class. It's supposed to be a magic class, which has a spellbook from the getgo. At first, I was spamming Magic Missile from a safe distance for 3 hours just to slowly take down a goblin fort. I figured that my damage was so low because I was supposed to be getting stronger, and hadn't done so yet.

Then I looked into how you are supposed to get stronger. The magic progression mainly requires a generic material, called magic essence or something. But to get it, you need to loot structures and defeat powerful foes.

So, my starting point is well behind the power curve expected to be ready for hostile structures. And, to get stronger, I need to defeat and loot those hostile structures. Seeing the problem here? Best case scenario, you are required to grind world-gen for the structures that actually contain magic essence, and then grind the enemies in those structures with a pitifully weak starter spell for hours. Worst case scenario, the enemies are not cheese-able, in which case you have no chance at all. From the get-go the progression is just unusable, at least for a magic character.

I decided to stick with it anyways, just to see if I could break through that progression wall. I always play with KeepInventory on, because losing all your items is basically resetting your progress in most packs. Turns out, that does not work with the backpacks from this mod. So once I lost everything in my backpack, and could not really use backpacks to carry the 10 billion loot items, I had no more reason to play.

It's a real shame because it's clear that the pack has its heart in the right place, for an RPG pack.

This pack does a couple things very well. It never crashed; it performed well even with high render distance and shaders; there are plenty of challenges throughout the world; and, it actually provided a good enough environment for me to finally learn Create.

But that's where the good things end. In service of creating beautiful, epic screenshots, the terrain is BIG. Navigating this terrain takes a long time, even with gliders. The actual process of travelling is just not very fun as a result. The pack seems to know this, and offers plenty of Waystone towers to let you skip the travel as much as possible.

Unless I am missing something, the progression is basically vanilla for the first portion of the pack. I never felt like I was finding loot or materials that made me stronger than the vanilla tools and armor I crafted. Maybe you have to get deeper into the pack to experience that, but for me it was too slow/unintuitive.

The enemies were pretty tough, given that. Most felt brutally difficult, and I could not complete a dungeon in 1 sitting. Most of them felt almost identical in difficulty. This made the pace of combat also slow, by necessity. So, slow combat and slow exploration.

Finally, the soundtrack is bad. It's nice that it isn't the vanilla soundtrack, but just alternating between the same 2 terraria-esque tracks got really boring really quick. I turned the music off entirely ~6 hours in because I was already sick of it.

I hate to say it, but this is the kind of vanilla+ pack I hate. One that makes you go through all of the vanilla systems you've already done 1000 times in other packs, and just tries to make it all bigger and prettier, at the expense of gameplay.

Simplesmente fiquei viciado nesse modpack, não consigo esperar pela versão 6.0, tudo parece muito bem feito e conectado. Sem dúvidas jogar com os amigos vai te render umas quantas horas de diversão.

Well, its hard to put this all into a small review so everyone doesn't get bored, but I do have to say that this is one of the most well-done mod-packs I have seen in a while. DeceasedCraft definitely gives you a realistic zombie gameplay that gets you so invested for hours on end. I have been playing this mod-pack for a while with my friend CC and it has honestly been a blast, it just doesn't stop with how creative you can be. You survive on the world that was left behind and make a new one for the future.

E2EE is an amazing pack, and has really made me hate all kinds of "artificial" gated progression that other packs use. E2EE uses a combination of organic progression via crafting recipes, and many ways to get to the same goal.

In my run, I just didn't feel like actually going to other planets with the rocketry mod. Making that choice in other packs would've killed all progression, but in E2EE it was more of a challenge to find the other ways to get the materials I needed - because there was always another way. I built an absurd, way-bigger-than-normal particle accelerator just to make the crystals I could've easily gotten on another planet... but that's what was awesome about it :)

Performance in the pack is quite good compared to other 1.12 packs, but the biggest thing I did not enjoy during my playthrough was having to care about things like TPS lag, and actively architect around it. Compared to modern minecraft packs, it's definitely a lot worse. That's a fun killer. I'm not sure if that kind of issue is fixed with cleanroomMC nowadays, maybe.
